Our prices are quoted per flat per night based on a 3-night-stay.
If you stay for a shorter period, we will charge you an extra of 30 euro.
Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 1,75 per person and overnight stay.
This fee is not included in the total price of your stay. It is only payable on departure.
If you don't show up, arrive later or leave earlier we will charge 100% of the booked stay.
The percent value refers to the full price of the booked flat.
The flat is obtainable from 2 pm and on the departure day the flat should be released at 9 am.
Upon request we offer a pick-up service from Brunico train station.
Our flats are available throughout the whole year.
